We are looking for someone with commitment, passion and drive to work alongside our Local Service Manager to provide day to day management of established, award winning services in the Burton on Trent region and effectively implement a new service covering Stafford and East Staffordshire. The success of our existing services is enabling our growth to provide high quality, outcome focused support to clients with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues, enabling them to achieve their potential and live more independently within their community of Stafford and East Staffordshire.
As we take a client centered approach to delivering support, we are looking for candidates who have experience in providing high quality effective support, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive relationships with people from varied backgrounds. You will use these skills to work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our clients. This will include management and support of staff, achieving targets, liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies, and actively encouraging choice and involvement and direct client support work.
In accordance with your core beliefs of delivering a genuinely needs led service, we will look to you to support staff to achieve client outcomes and a high quality of service provision. Travel will be a requirement of the role therefore a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
