Job: Maintenance Assistant

About The role:
As our Property Management company expands our maintenance and on-ground operations team needs to expand with it. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking junior to join our team
Although some maintenance experience is beneficial it is not a requirement as this is a junior role. If you are a proactive and resourceful individual that is looking for an opportunity to start your maintenance career this is the role for you.
Some responsibilities include:
- General Household DIY.
- Travelling across London to our different properties to deliver necessary items i.e linen, fans, sets of keys etc.
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure our properties are maintained to high standards.
