Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese is one of the oldest pub and restaurant in London. Due to having such a rich history, we quickly became a fast-paced, fun and customer-centric environment.
We are looking for a part time food server to join our restaurant/pub team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in serving customers in a fast-paced atmosphere and is comfortable taking payments in both a cash register and card machines. We're interested in hiring individuals with an outgoing, friendly personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers to tables or around the pub.
- Serve food or beverages to customers.
- Explain and recommend products to customers.
- Answer customer questions about menu items.
- Clean and maintain the bar and restaurant.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
