Sherpany was founded in 2011 with a vision of creating a world where every meeting counts. Our team is building a mobile and web based platform that allows effective decision making by digitally transforming meeting management processes. To date, over 7,000 leaders have improved their meeting productivity thanks to Sherpany. Within the next 5 years we aim to give back over 2 Mio. hours of extra time to people making decisions thereby enabling them to focus on value-adding work. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Milan and Wroclaw.
Tasks
What you will be doing:
- Developing, maintaining and supporting our existing CRM-landscape (Salesforce & Hubspot).
- Allowing our internal stakeholders to increase their productivity due to a thought through and user friendly interface and efficient workflows.
- Driving end-to-end projects through identifying problems/requirements, designing, implementing and releasing solutions, as well as enabling users.
- Exciting end-users through the provision of an excellent support-experience.
- Manage and optimize interfaces and data-flows across platforms
What we will love about you:
- Solid professional relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
- Experience administering Salesforce.com and/or Hubspot.
- You are striving to expand your know-how within and beyond our CRM-environment and are motivated to leave your footprint in Sherpany as part of the tech team.
- Ability to understand a business stakeholders underlying problem and transform it into an IT-solution
- Service-oriented personality
- Problem solving attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken, written)
After 3 months:
- You have understood our CRM architecture and are able to provide technical support to our end-users.
- You have contributed to strategic CRM projects and successfully delivered the expected value.
- You have gotten to know our stakeholder and understand what is important to them.
- You have learned how we manage implementation projects end-to-end.
- You have a high level understanding of the business processes of our stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
- You have successfully driven your first major CRM-Project and ensured that the expected outcome has been delivered.
- You have an in-depth understanding how the business processes from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Finance are reflected in our CRM.
- You have been able to improve the productivity of our users through consistently adapting and optimising our CRM.
