What will I be doing?
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower / podium / meeting rooms / public areas.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality / advise on effective solution / procedures to enhance.
- Supervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE / Assets - Conduct trainings if needed.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of maintenance by checking processes and final output
- Report all malfunctions to engineering team / contractors / owners to ensure immediate action.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data from BMS / Automation systems.
- Review current standards and policies of WAL and ensure its implemented at all aspects.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Provide method of statement for executing maintence related activities.
- Ensure all legal standards are met for new projects / modifications / Daily operations.
- Communicate with external 3rd parties if needed to certify critical systems.
- Daily on-site inspection / reports provided to DOE

A Preventative Maintenance Technical Associate serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in relevant field
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc).
