RH is seeking an Assistant Leader for our Thurrock Outlet located east of London, who will support the leadership of a high-energy and driven team, to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. This role demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Quality and coaches a cross-functional team, focusing on strategy and execution. As the Assistant Leader you will set the tone for an environment where vision is everything and our teams are empowered to do the right thing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings
- Superior organisation and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with current technology including iPads, Mac, PC
- Occasionally travel from time to time and at times for extended periods
OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg whilst adhering to safety guidelines
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Periodically work in an outdoor environment
