Who We Need:
We’re searching for a Fraud Program Director to join the crew! As our Fraud Program Director, you will interact heavily with our clients. As their go-to resource, you will be responsible for managing fraud-related issues for our clients, developing, and implementing fraud prevention strategies, and acting as a liaison between our clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for clients regarding fraud-related issues and concerns, providing guidance and recommendations for fraud prevention strategies.
Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and protocols specific to each client, based on their unique needs and risk profile.
Identify and investigate fraudulent activity on behalf of clients, including conducting forensic analysis of financial and operational data to determine the root cause of fraud.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, risk, compliance, and operations, to assess and mitigate fraud-related risks for clients.
Stay up to date on the latest fraud trends and typologies and develop strategies to protect clients from new and emerging fraud schemes.
Train and educate clients on fraud awareness and prevention, including conducting fraud risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigating risks.
Act as a liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed to report and investigate fraud incidents.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on fraud-related activities and trends.
Take on other projects, as assigned.
As a Fraud Program Director, you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, investigation, and/or risk management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of fraud trends and typologies, and experience developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and investigation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
A high degree of tech-savvy.
The ability to communicate with business users, technology leaders, and end users.
Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
