Required ‘Data Entry Officer‘ for the Department of Research and Analysis Centre of our organization. An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in any Science from HEC recognized university, with the capability to understand the Risk Management sector.
The Job role and responsibilities of Trainee Analyst RACen are as:
Ø Daily incident reporting as per the defined protocol/time management and punching the incidents into TAMBRO Risk Intelligence System (TRIS).
Ø Daily News punching into TRIS as per set protocols.
Ø Prepare different periodic reports i.e Risk Assessment Report, Monthly Risk Assessment Report, Bi-Monthly Report etc.
Ø Prepare tailor made reports, analytics based on clients’ requirements.
Ø If required research and utilization of static profiling of all districts of Pakistan or any relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
Ø Work on special advisory service i.e. Ramadan, Ashura etc.
Ø Develop monitoring and assessment tools for meet & greet, accommodation, transport, travel, site, health & safety, office, situation, medical etc. for clients.
Ø Prepare & publish analysis bulletins to keep management updated on risk trends on a regular basis.
Ø Development and display of risk profile through various visual aids like charts and graphs indicating risk trends and provide analysis.
Ø Monitor local and international risk trends or any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
Experience:
Ø A minimum of one year of experience with computer `
Ø Proven experience of Programmatic Report Writing, data Compilation and planning.
Skills and Core Competencies:
Ø Command on MS Office, with computer & database management skills.
Ø Flexible by nature and demonstrates sound work ethics.
Ø Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in Urdu and English.
