We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of success in SaaS customer-facing work, and with a unique passion for people and data! You must be a self-starter, ambitious, creative, highly intelligent, focused, and well-organized individual, who wants to join a growing startup and grow with it.
As a Customer Success Manager at Revuze, you will establish and maintain relationships and long-term sustainable growth with our global Fortune 500 clients.
Our customers are all about their industry's data, and that makes our ideal candidate someone who can understand the customer needs, dive into the data, and bring these needs in a form of value. You will manage a portfolio of customers, drive adoption of our products, and align account activities with the customer's business case and strategy. Utilizing your strategic vision, you will understand how our product offerings can grow the customer's business, monitor adoption and utilization trends, and provide recommendations. The success of this role means higher customer happiness, retention and expansion of Revuze’s business.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
● Actively serve a portfolio of assigned accounts – from the Kickoff stage all the way to renewal and up/cross sells
● Understand the customers' business objectives and reasons for purchase and leverage our platform to achieve them
● Help our customers to define and meet their business objectives and KPIs
● Responsible to increase the platform's engagement among the users, monitor their usage and respond accordingly
● Provide constant value by delivering relevant business-related insights
● Be a trusted partner for the customers on the use-case and product functionality to enhance their performance and growth
● Monitor ongoing usage trends and react accordingly
● Solve ad-hoc customer issues as needed
● Provide continuous customer feedback to Revuze's Product team
● Stay on top of current on industry trends
● Lead client onboarding and training processes
● Serves as the voice of the customer, to provide feedback and insights via high touch relationships into core product and marketing processes.
● Implement Customer Success plans for assigned accounts
