Location: Edinburgh based (the Gyle) – a mix of office & home working

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

The Role

We have got exciting opportunities to join the Customer Care Team as Customer Care Specialists at HEINEKEN, helping us become Britain’s best-connected Brewer!

This role is fast paced, and solution driven, focussing on excellent customer service and delivering a first in class customer experience.


You’ll have a lot going on as you work directly with our customers ensuring end to end service and delivery management. These are roles that will require a lot of attention to detail, Live chat experience is essential and big picture thinking along with collaboration as you work with key stakeholders to provide an exceptional level of service.


So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.


  • Taking queries via calls and live chat and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Helping out our front-line sales team by assisting with queries and freeing up their time.
  • Connecting multiple stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with exertional contacts such as delivery depots and some suppliers

The Candidate


We’re looking for self-starters who learn quickly and enjoy problem solving.

If you have.

  • Customer Service or contact centre experience.
  • Live Chat Experience
  • A positive attitude
  • A passion for problem solving.

Behaviours are everything – positive, collaborative and accountable – we work hard as a team in Customer Care, there will be many internal and external stakeholders so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to be successful in role. This is a customer focussed role, requiring great listening skills and the ability to react and steer conversations towards a positive outcome, creating solutions in a sometimes-high pressure environment.
