What are your responsibilities?

First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want that impression to be memorable. The same goes for departures. When guests leave, we want them to go with a smile and a feeling that we were there for them throughout their stay. We want to build an experience that is memorable and unique from start to finish.

As the Guest Arrival Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.

You are representative and service-minded. You feel responsible for what you do. You have relevant experience, are well aware of the possibilities and attractions of Amsterdam and are a reliable colleague.

To be eligible for this position you…

  • Have great hospitality skills and can create a personal connection with our guests;
  • Go the extra mile for our guests and you colleagues and you can think out of the box;
  • Are flexible, friendly and a team player;
  • Are fluent in English and also preferable in Dutch, other languages are of course a plus;
  • Have a driver’s license is a preference.
