About the Role:
As a Maintenance Team Manager , the ideal candidate is expected to manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.
Requirement :
The ideal candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical background is preferable.
Proficiency in English.
