Summary
Baylor College of Medicine's Department of Molecular and Human Genetics is seeking a Student Helper. The Student Helper will assist with grant-funded projects primarily focused on studying the blood system in mice.
Job Duties
- Performs and assists with basic molecular biology experiments, such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cloning.
- Provides responsible and technical assistance in support of a research project by completing assignments requiring a good knowledge of techniques and practices related to animal research.
- Assists the lab manager with maintaining the lab's inventory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
- No experience required.
