We are Colife Dubai, a real estate service based on the co-living model, and we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Team by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the apartments, they are 85+, located in 7 districts in Dubai: Dubai Marina, Downtown, JVC, JBR, JLT, Al Furjan, Business Bay. We expect that the person joins immediately.
Responsibilities:
- assign tasks to team member;
- do routine checks of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
- report any maintenance problems, and follow up on them;
- schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects;
- maintain team members' performance to the necessary standards by managing and training them;
- efficiently monitor inventory, maintain equipment;
- deliver superior guest service;
- hire staff.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in the same role;
- experience in hotel services or holiday homes companies;
- strong organizational and communication skills;
- passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service;
- attention to details;
- English.
