QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidate must possess at least a any Bachelor's/College Degree or any business-related courses
· Preferably 1-2 yrs. Experience as Field CI and specializing in handling people.
· Willing to do Field works such as Inspection of Unit, Conduct neighbourhood checking for business and residence also administrative work such as BSIS Report and Credit Approval Memorandum Report about borrower’s information,
· Computer Literate, Good Communication Skills, can handle pressure.
General Activity/Task
1. Interviewing and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) report based on submitted document of the borrower.
2. Conduct inspection report of collateral unit (Picture & Stencil).
3. Conduct neighbourhood checking of residence and business area.
4. Third Party Verification such as Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier and Client, Employment Verification, DTI Verification, SEC Verification, PRC Verification, Character Reference Checking, Dealer’s Price Agreement Verification.
5. Kaiser Verification (64Ai) Name Screening, Facebook, Google Verification, Screenshot of Valuation of Collateral Unit.
6. Preparing Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Client Risk Assessment Form.
