A leading insurance company is currently seeking an experienced customer and broker development manager to join its London based operation.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the organisation’s UK broker development strategy whilst managing key broker relationships on behalf of the organisations business units. You will also be responsible for ensuring the development and retention of key business accounts by focusing on delivery creating entry barriers.
Candidates must have e! xperience in a sales/customer focused environment and have an ! ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with the intermediary organizations. Salary is very competitive and flexible for the right candidate.
