A leading Oil & Gas business is looking for 3 Business Analysts to work on a global HR programme. They are looking to implement web based information systems in order to manage different aspects of their employee information.

They are looking for strong analysis skills as well as a particular focus towards testing and experience with working on global IT system implementations. On top of these skills they require one of the following exposures -

• Learning Management
• Talent Management
• Performance Management

The successful candidates will have strong stakeholder management and will ideally have a mathematical, engineeri! ng or a scientific degree.
