As Payment Processing Advisor, you will be working in the Oxford Service Centre preparing donations for banking as well as updating information on our Supporter Database. You will have a front line interaction with our supporters to understand why they donate to us and the satisfaction of being part of the team that sends our thank you letters to them.

Experience of working in a service related environment
Strong supporter focus, calm disposition and ability to work well in a team
Excellent numeracy skills and understanding ! of banking processes
Experience of using financial and ope! rational systems
Ability to accurately and efficiently capture data through good keyboard skills
Good understanding of sponsorship and Gift Aid
Competence in the MS Office suite of programmes
Enjoyment of working to structured processes and procedures
Motivation to meet targets to ensure that our valuable donations are put to good use
