The VIP Department at this brilliant business is responsible for the retention of all high level clients. The successful VIP Executive Host - (Swedish) will be responsible for providing superior service and first class retention campaigns to their top customers whilst building and optimising relationships with VIPs and managing VIP's to increase the their lifetime value.

The appointed VIP Executive Host - Swedish Skills & Experience are but not confined to:

• Degree level or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience of working in a high profile multicultural, fast paced ! industry in a customer focused environment.
• Proven Ac! count management expertise
• Strong command of written and spoken English as well as Native level Swedish.
• Good understanding of I-Gaming products

The appointed VIP Executive Host - Swedish responsibilities are:

• Build and maintain constructive relationships with premium customers.
• VIP satisfaction through positive feedback received and long term business relationships kept
• Outbound calls conversion rate - percentage of successful outbound calls.
• Work closely with marketing and promotions team in order to ensure that promotions sent and marketing activity is in line with VIP strategy.
• Proactively suggest bespoke promotions for new and existing VIP customers.
• Proactively anticipate VIP needs and assure maximum satisfaction and loyalty through analysing game play; what they are playing, how much and when.
• Liaise with various external service providers and departments to ensure co! mpliance; any changes to licensing and market regulations that will impact the VIP player.
• Territory analysis - up to date on what competitors are offering for VIP programmes within territory.
• Capture VIP feedback and build customer base profile knowledge including playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislikes.
• Monitor and analyse customer activity to identify new contacts and maintain high rollers.
• Make recommendations for player Gifting, Hospitality Events and bonuses.
• Run regular reports that assist in account management; newly identified players, deviation, top winners, top losers, downgrading of players etc.
• Participation in events for VIP; identifying suitable players to attend events and regularly attending themselves - ensuring they are professional and friendly at all time.
