As part of its commitment to providing an excellent student experience and the highest level of support to its students, Leeds University Business School is seeking to appoint an Assistant in support of the Business SchoolsÂ' commitment to providing an excellent student experience and the highest level of support to its students.
Reporting to the Education Service Manager and operating as part of the wider Student Education Service within the Faculty and the University, you will provide a front of house provision, acting as the first point of contact for the SchoolÂ's undergraduate students. You will also undertake essential record-keeping tasks, data processing and s! tudent communication. Excellent interpersonal skills, good key! board skills and effective team working are required. Operating from the Undergraduate Office Reception, you will be required to work flexibly with members of staff within the Student Education Service and where necessary support other student support activities as workloads fluctuate.
University Grade 3 (£15,303 - £17,014 p.a.)
