This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, ideal for a ! candidate experienced in working within a construction or engineering site.
The primary role of the Administrator is to ensure the smooth running of the office facilities and take a pivotal role to the engineering team.
Duties include:
Telephone and reception duties
Keep track of staff location & diary management as required
Provide administration/PA support for staff as required
Managing and co-ordination of internal/external meetings
Organise incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee procurement of stationery and office consumables
Organise trades and services as required
Skills Required:
- Experience gained in a construction or engineering environment is essential
- Proven experience in working in a stand alone role with reponsibility
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong administration skills! li>
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
