My client a Tier One Investment bank based in London, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with FPML and extensive regulatory! experience to join a large Dodd Frank programme. It is key that candidates come from a solid background of working within large regulatory programmes and have proven ability to oversee business critical pieces of work. A key deliverable of this role will be managing Senior Stakeholder relationships from Board level to global stakeholders all the way to teams of business analysts and developers. It is essential that candidates have proven stakeholder management skills; shaping steering commitees and creating meeting proposals.

This is a particularly technical role therefore it is essential that candidates have a good understanding of FPML and have had exposure to DTCC/CTFC

It is essential that candidates have previous experience managing a Dodd Frank programme end to end.

The client is in the midst of a large period of growth within this area and the successful candidate will become a key part of departmental change. It is essential that candidate! s come from a Solid Investment Banking background.

Skills:

• Business Analyst
• Solid Investment Banking background is essential
• Strong Dodd Frank knowledge
• FPML exposure
• It is essential that candidates have previous experience managing a Dodd Frank programme end to end to end
• Stakeholder management is essential for these roles; its is key that candidates have proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Prince II
• Facilitate the on-going identification and management of issues, risks and dependencies at a Project level
• Escalation point for the Project team
• Ensuring that Workstream and Programme level threats are efficiently escalated through the appropriate channels
• Accountable for the delivery of the stated Project objectives
• Resource and Budget management responsibilities for the Project
• Responsible for ensuring that weekly status reporting is provided to the Workstream
• Proven ability to! communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
