Subscriptions sales role with a specialist financial publisher based in the heart of the City of London, working on a digital product providing financial news and data to ! a specialist sector of the international investment community. This is a complex product providing detailed news and advice for institutional investors globally, so some interest in/understanding of finance and investment would be an advantage. Would suit an ambitious, sales driven individual, keen to make his/her mark on a young, dynamic and growing publishing business. This is a new appointment requiring the maturity to plan and develop subscriptions sales activity which should lead in the medium term to the opportunity to grow a sales team and assume management responsibility for subscriptions sales.
Experience:
Advertising or subscriptions sales experience, preferably gained on a digital product, is essential, as is degree level education. Candidates will need to demonstrate a significant track record of success in selling B2B media products to senior decision makers in major companies, and will have the capacity to cope with a complex sell and to un! derstand the sophistication of the international investment ma! rket.
