Bretsa Early Years are working closely in partnership with a lovely nursery local to Brent Cross area to help recruit for an experienced N! ursery Manager.
You will be joining an established team, which has lots of enthusiasm to help achieve excellent standards of care.
You will be managing a 50 place nursery and you will be responsible for managing 14 members of staff.
The nursery is open from 8:30am until 4pm, 43 weeks of the year.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Having excellent communication and organisational skills.
Having an excellent understanding of child development and EYFS
Being NVQ qualified at level 3 or 4 in Childcare or equivalent
Having prior experience of working as a Nursery Manager
Excellent rates of pay, bonuses and benefits with on-going support and career development.
