THE ROLE - RETAIL STORE MANAGER
As a Retail Store Manager you will have held a role th! at has the responsibility of leading a large team to meeting exceptional customer service and standards. You have a great eye for detail as well as the ability to learn new skills to take your career to the next level. The role involves the day to day operation of a busy retail unit providing excellence in people management, thanks to your talents at inspiring others, your team will deliver every time. - Communicating and managing corporate policies, legal requirements, procedures and instructions so changes are managed effectively
- Assisting with staff selection, retention, training and performance issues ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce is able to deliver
- Identifying the potential and managing staff development and supporting staff to achieve their potential
- Creating a safe and secure working environment in compliance with company and legislative standards
