My client is a leading name in reactive maintenance working in partnership or on a measured term contract basis with many of London and the surrounding counties social landlords. They have developed a strong reputation for delivery and value and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
They have an immediate requirement for a Partnering Manager to work on a £Multi-Million Reactive Maintenance & Void Refurbishment contract in London&Kent. Working closely with other Senior Managers, you will manage the day to day operation of the contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction and involvement. You will control all elements of the contract, including budgeting, cost control and client liaison.
Ideal Candidate:
You will be working for a reactive maintenance contractor and must have experience of working in occupied social housing.
You will be responsible for up to 20,000 properties and must be able to co-ordinate reactive maintenance teams of operatives as well a control the surveying and commercial aspects of the contract.
You will have excellent client liaison skills and be responsible for the smooth running of a very busy contract.
Excellent communication, man management and organisational skills are required together with a practical knowledge of Health & Safety and a positive approach to customer care.
Qualified in to HNC level in a building discipline or a recognised professional qualification would be an advantage.
Computer literate.
You can expect a basic salary circa £50,000 â€" £65,000 + benefits. You will also be eligible for an executive level company car/car allowance along with other fringe benefits.
