As a Desktop Support Analyst you will be working for an exciting and large technology corporation based on client in Oxford. The Desktop Support Analyst will need some of the Skills below: A minimum of 3 years Desktop Support experience Windows XP Professional installation and configuration Microsoft Office 2003 - 2010 MS Outlook/MS Exchange PC/Laptop/Printer hardware configuration Remote Networking Internet/Intranet Anti-Virus Blackberry/PDAs ITIL qualified at foundation level or above Optional MS Server 2003/2008 Knowledge of Active Directory Knowledge of Backup Procedure SMS/SCCM Networking
