We are recruiting a Fund Relationship Analyst to join our Global Fund Services Group in London. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Global Wealth Management and Wellington Management Portfolio team.
He/she will provide a central point of contact for our global Business Developers and Relationship Managers in the Global Relationship Group 'GRG' effectively supporting them in the promotion of our WMP funds and responses to prospect and current investor inquiries and requests for information.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with Produ! ct Management, Investment Marketing, GRG, WMP Admin, Legal and Compliance to develop and manage plan to get WMP fund(s) sales ready;
- Facilitate and manage client communication plans for fund launch, fund closure, fund defense or general notifications about changes in our funds by working with GRG, Investment Writers, Product Management and Compliance to position our WMP fund to be sold and retain investor assets;
- Provide timely response to ad-hoc requests for information and identify areas where we need to work with Investment writers to develop content;
- Analyse performance data, investment characteristics, competitor funds and produce internal competitive field dashboards on our WMP funds, to support global servicing and sales efforts;
- As required meet with fund investors, fund analysts or consultants to understand fund information needs and manage follow ups;
- Prioritise web content for assigned funds;
- Work on assigned ! projects.

- Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including direct buy side experience of supporting institutional and/or wholesale client relationships;
- Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of capital markets, investment products and cross border mutual funds;
- Have a strong academic background;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Have strong organisational skills and have a proactive and collaborative approach.
- This position will be carrying on Investment Business as defined under the Rules of the FSA, and as such the successful candidate will need to achieve threshold competence (as defined by the FSA) as a condition of employment in this role.
