We are currently seeking a Part Time Supply Chain Support to join a highly reputable company in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Chain Department by ta! king responsibility for materials scheduling, reporting and administrative duties. The position will be part time, temporary untill June 2014. Reporting to the Planning & Materials Manager you will be required to:
Manage raw material stocks, including tempering/QA processes where applicable, to support the production plan.Maintain cover reports and highlight any short/over stock projections in a timely manner.Manage and clearly communicate use of alternate recipes to maintain stocks and best cost.Manage NDL material delivery bookings for frozen raw materials where applicable.Material scheduling of ingredients and packaging for site.Create and receipt purchase orders in E-Buy and SAP. Support resolution of any supply chain invoice queries.1st point of contact for 3rd party stores & suppliers for all queries relevant to their material portfolio.Create weekly production plan draft from APO extract. Split/ convert orders in APO if required.Update and release production! orders in SAP.Master Data creation and maintenance in SAP. De! partmental code sheets updated.Provide stock information for the weekly planning meetingsExport & Co-pack order processing (including ordering transport where required)Maintain and issue departmental & site supply chain KPI reports.Compiling data packs for meetings including planning meetings, reconciliation meetings, blocked stock meetings & planning rule reviewSAP skills would be an advantage, although training will be provided.Excellent Excel Skills an advantage
The hours for this position are 9am - 1pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility required on these hours.
