What you'll be doing
We've got leisure and spa facilities at 19 out of 21 of our hotels. We've put our money where our promises are to develop state-of-the-art facilities from our swimming pools to our gyms and treatment rooms. These are exciting times in our Spas as we work on further expanding our spa facilities as business demand continues to grow and many of our spas now offer an exceptionally wide range of treatments and packages.
We like to make sure that our service for! hotel guests and our leisure club members is just as special ! and memorable as each one of our facilities.
Reporting to the Leisure Club Manager, you'll get to look after the spa as if it's your own, so it's all about getting to know your customers and knowing what they want, as well as delivering the very best business results.
With the support of your team, you'll help provide a friendly and professional service offering a wide range of treatments. You'll maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of spa retail products.
You'll also make sure the spa is kept clean and well maintained, and fully compliant with legislative requirements.
What you'll need
To be passionate about delivering the very best spa experience for your hotel guests and members.
To be smart and well presented.
Good experience in a Spa Supervisory position.
NVQ level 3/HND or similar level spa related qualification to be fully qualified as a minimum in manicures, pedicures, waxing! , facials, massage.
Good standard of numeracy, literacy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent level of spoken and written English.
To be able to recognize and develop future stars.
To be able to work shifts as required that will include weekends and bank holidays.
