THE POSITION
The Sales Development and Renewals Representative is an entry-level position that works with our existing clients to renew and secure an ongoing relationship. This position calls on existing customers to answer questions, identify opportunities and provide a sales quotation for continued software support.
This is a key role in the sales process and directly contributes to the Company’s growth. The Representative focuses on creating opportunities through outbound calls and emails to a targeted list of accounts and by leveraging inbound leads and outbound prospecting. He/she will be responsible for a quota of opportunity generation and will develop opportunities from several lead generation ! campaigns, target lists, and marketing efforts.
Ideally, the candidate will be a native speaker of French or German, with strong English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet a quota of opportunity creation/50+ outbound phone calls per day
- Manage and track leads in the lead database through SFDC
- Work closely field sales to transfer qualified opportunities
- Help drive lead generation campaigns
- Track and report lead metrics Skills
- Smart, creative, and assertive individual with a hunter mentality who can work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Previous Lead Generation/Sales Development, Marketing or Sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a software related enterprise is a plus.
