This pivotal role is responsible for key back margin processes for the region. You will be expected to provide leadership on multiple finance reporting initiatives and operate as a member of the broader FP&A team. This role provides a superb opportunity to work closely with our Sales Teams as well as the wider Finance community.
Key Qualifications
Prior experience managing back margins or rebates
Advanced user of Excel
Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solution
Experience in SAP and Business Objects
Excellent understanding of FP&A processes, concepts, architectures and tools
Able to synthesise large amounts of data into a clear story
Description
- Primary contact for matters pertaining to various FP&A systems and processes
- Own processes and system! s for price protection, back margin & rebate tools
- Ma! nage Back Margin processes
- Maintain all price protection and Back Margin templates in Excel
- Subject Matter Expert for SAP COPA and Essbase
- Ensure best practices on FP&A processes are implemented
- Responsible for evaluating and documenting business needs
- Develop methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
- Ongoing support on report standardisation
Due to the nature of the role we have a preference for an individual who has the backing of a degree and/or MBA, with the backing of a professional accounting qualification. You will have proven experience in an FP&A biased role and have had direct experience managing back margin / rebates within a fast paced, complex, international environment.
