HR Advisor/HR Manager

Description: ninesharp is in need of HR Advisor/HR Manager right now, this position will be placed in England. This large Housing Company is currently seeking a HR Advisor/HR Manager to cover a current role whilst the post holder is involved in separate HR project work. The role will be for at least 3 months with the possibility ! of extending further.
Role Outline:
To provide pragmatic, operational HR support to Senior Management / Managers
Skills & Experience:
Build strong, professional relationships with Management teams and regularly participate in Senior Management Team meetings
Provide commercially focussed advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues
Raise and improve business/Managers awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives
Produce Monthly HR report and accurate statistics for HR Management by the required deadlines
Analyse and Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings with the Business unit(s) supported
You will diplomatically and competently deal with HR issues, working independently as well as a member of the HR team. You! will be comfortable dealing with conflicting deadlines and in! terruptions. Working with and utilising IT systems is a significant part of the role.

Developing HR Policies
Monitoring Budgets
D&G
Appeals
Employment Law
You must be able to work of your own initiative and have fast paced hands on approach to your daily working routine.
