£14,239 - £15,921 per annum (£23,611 - £26,235 per annum FTE) + £1,265 per annum Regular Users Car Allowance (pro rata)

We are looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to work as part of our Neighbourhood team, mainly covering North Kent although some other travel may be required. We are looking for an efficient, customer-focused person to join who will work as part of a friendly team. You will be responsible for everything from liaising with residents’ associations, inspecting estates and developing local annual plans to dealing with anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy conditions. We’ll also expect you to promote resident involvement in the decisions that affect our residents and contribute your own ideas for service improvements.
Confident, methodical and well-organised, you will have previous experience in a Neighbourhood Officer role. You will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise work to deadlines and a good grasp of Microsoft packages will also be important. In addition you will need the willingness and ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role.
